We appreciated staff and location - good. The management had a very pleasant manner. The hotel is conveniently situated for visiting Gainesville. Would definitely recommend, it is a budget place to stay.

we enjoyed the entire motel, including location and staff. the hotel was situated within walking distance every place we wanted to explore, like university of florida.
